Sacramento with the real McCoys

The McCoys of Sacramento graciously hosted Court and I for two nights in their beautiful home outside of Sacramento. We had lot of fun spending time with the newest additions to our family, by marriage. (Thanks, Bob and Kins!)

The realest McCoys!
While I was having a mechanic go through the Hyundai and check all the working parts, Court was working hard grading papers, writing essays, reading a couple books, paying the bills, just getting things done........wait! No! She was right here......all day long:
You go, girl!
On Saturday we had a great family dinner in the backyard and wished that all the McCoy-Harris-Samuelson folks in Charlotte could've been there kickin it with us. (Since they weren't I ate their portions of ribs for them.)

Ribs were EXCELLENT!

Oh, what? You mean you don't have a Kegerator of Heineken on tap on  your back porch at all times?
File that under "greatest things ever."

One of McKinsey's stipulations of letting us stay with her grandparents was that we had to get a picture of Ina (AKA "G-Dawg" AKA "Young Money") throwin' up gang signs.

Respect.
From Sacramento it was off to San Francisco on Sunday for our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY! Go, us!
